Shipping policy

Overview
Thank you for shopping with BLE222ED. We work to get every order to you quickly and reliably. Please read this policy so you know what to expect for both in-stock and preorder items.

Shipping Timeframes

In-Stock Products
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days to receive your item after it ships, and up to 2 weeks at the outside.

Pre-Order Products
Processing Time: Preorders begin processing within 1 to 2 business days after the release date.
Delivery Time: Preorder pieces are made to order. Please allow 1 to 3 months to receive your item. No tracking movement during that window is normal, because the piece is still being made.

Delivery Delays
We aim to fulfill every order promptly, but delays can happen. If a preorder has not arrived after 4 months, or a shipped in-stock order has stalled with no tracking updates, email us at BLE222ED.co@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over $100 ship free. We ship worldwide at a flat international rate shown at checkout, and any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order through the link provided.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, email BLE222ED.co@gmail.com with your tracking number to start a claim.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve it.

Changes to Shipping Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted to our website.
